Fenistal Limited is a Cyprus registered private company formed in 1981 with established premises in the capital of Cyprus, an EU member state located in the eastern Mediterranean sea. Its main activity until early 2000 was importing and distributing of household products and accessories.

From late 2008 the new Directors changed the main activity to importing and distributing bicycles, bicycle accessories and spare parts, setting the highest standards in brand representation, distribution and after sales support.
